Durham fell foul of that rule last year ; rule obviously designed to prevent counties from signing replacements solely for the latter stages of the tournament. Yorkshire have fell foul of the letter of the law rather than the spirit of the law. According to Yorkshire sources on Sky Finch broke his foot against Durham so is unavailable anyway.
