If Stokes is brought in, it should be to replace Broad.

Next week.

Finn is a better long term prospect than Bresnan, and he is performing pretty well at Middlesex, only slightly worse then Bresnan.... his record is better than Bresnan's, and his patch of bad form arguably shorter.
In the last two years Bresnan averages 25-30 runs per wicket more than Broad, and tbf to Broad, his stats are let down badly by the two India matches he played in which he was clearly unfit severely. Broad has been consistently performing pretty damn well, and even in this tour his performance hasn't been very good, but it hasn't been bad enough to ignore his form stretching back now a pretty long time.
With Bresnan's prolonged bad form in mind, I fail to see why Jordan will make way for him, or should. Jordan has had two tests to fail, Bresnan has had two years.....
Stokes is clearly a better long term prospect, and offers a much better batting prospect over Bresnan....
England aren't playing a spinner, and really need to. So someone like Tredwell arguably falls above him in the immediate pecking order, maybe even Monty.
Anderson is a shoe in, Plunkett is looking pretty sound..... Graham Onions has always been a better bowler by far, and he is not even considered, so why Brezzie?
Bresnan shouldn't really be anywhere near the team.... there are guys even uncapped like Roland-Jones id pick over him at the moment.
And while I don't think he is a bad player, and could be useful, he has simply come with too much baggage in recent times to be a longer term pick. He cant get through a series without breaking down.
Not sure I'd rush Finn back into the test side. There are alternatives out there who are performing well. But if in form, he is England's best ODI bowler. Was ranked number 1 in the world for a fair period of time from mid 2012 till early 2013 until a horrific slump in form. If he is fit, should be back in the ODI squad without a shadow of a doubt.

Broad did take a hat-trick though, and is a proven wicket taker, unlike Jordan. I know Broad wasn't at his best, but he should improve.
