Fabian Cowdrey is too good a batsman to leave out, he has to get in to the team some how. Northeast is the weak link (average last year, terrible start now) so i'd take him out. We already have a very experienced 2nd XI with Jones and Tredwell!

You need to find a way to get Griff in the team too, he won't let anyone down, I'd rate him much higher than Robbie Joseph

Regarding Northeast. I'd be surprised if he's even playing professional cricket in a few years' time. Baffling as to how he's been made vice-captain, but that's Kent for you
