Mr. Adi, there might be a slight misunderstanding...
However great SRT is, he is gonna gonna live/play forever, is he? Eventually he will need to be replaced. Considering he might not play in 2015 WC (very realistic assumption), why not try and build a team that will defend the title, even if SRT is rested more frequently. I don't see how this can come across as not supporting SRT
Using your analogy here - When you know that someone is gonna retire from an organisation soon, why keep giving him more and more responsibilities
