3-10 for JT after lunch. In the bag.

More catches, fewer lbw/bowled in this innings.

Robinson goes level with Tongue for the stats POTM. 8 each.

Going to be a three day Test, even with the frequent rain.

Acko and Archer chip in and it's all over.

Well done England on the one sided win. Good effort.

Well, that was all too easy. Well done England, but they really didn't have to get much out of first gear - and at least one batter should have gone on.

Surely Pakistan can't be that bad for the next two games?

If Bashir comes in, presumably either Archer or Atkinson makes way. But I expect they will go with the same side, unless Bethell is fit.

Atkinson's figures really don't tell the tale of how he bowled, because he was really unlucky in the first innings multiple times. I Think they will pick the same team

Talk about comprehensive...

Maybe Pakistan will be a little more competitive now they've played a match - and might be able to pick a better team next week. But you'd have to doubt they are going to be able to make this much of a contest. And not sure how much it will tell us about the new and recycled England players ahead of more challenging tasks.

Never mind : a win is a win and Root & co can be happy with that very professional performance :thumb

Yes. Would be a bit of a long tail if Atkinson were left out though perhaps that wouldn't worry them too much given the limitations of Pakistan's bowling attack. Agree Atkinson was better than his figures show and suspect there won't be any change - assuming no fitness issues arise.
