well, he might be regretting that now, because the club have cancelled the negotiations. The manager has stated that Wilson has been around long enough to understand that his role has changed. He went there because he wanted to play more football than he was at Newcastle. The Isak thing hadn't blown up when he committed himself to leaving by turning down the offer of a new contract. Next time WH bring him on to try for a late winner, he might remember this goal and not bother

The whole Wilson thing is a bit of a cautionary tale about the things you wish for. He wanted to get away from being Isak's number 2 and he might very well have chosen WH because his mate was playing there. Fast forward a few weeks and Isak had gone and his mate had been pushed out. I reckon that had he stayed, Newcastle wouldn't have bought Wissa and Wilson would be playing half a game twice a week including in the champions league and in semi finals

Its in Arctic Norway. Many teams struggle to play in the Aspmyra because of the artificial turf, Roma lost 7-0 recently away there.

Depends what you class as CL. They have won games in the rounds before Qualifying loads of times, but they also made the Europa League Semi-final last year, and I think the Conference League Semi-final the year before.

They refunded the travelling fans for the performance.....I always have mixed feelings about that, because yes as a paying fan you want to see your side win, however losing is always a possiblity no matter what the side is like your up against

For a side about 100 points clear in the dutch league, PSV appear to have been hugely underwhelming last night. Just the small matter of PSG away for a top 8 finish next week

I guess you have never been to Nordland before.

I am sure all the City fans who had to remortgage their house to pay for their pre-match dinner and drinks will be grateful for the refund. Personally think its a class act.
