I see that Bangladesh have repeated that they will not play any T20WC games in India.
I am confident that the ICC will have no problems accommodating their request. The precedent has been set, and it is not like the ICC to treat any country differently to any other.

U19 goes from a round of 16 to one of 12. Not very streamlined.

I gather that there have been some problems getting visas from India for players with Pakistani heritage, as well.... who would have thunk it... well, apart from everyone, that is.
