England have a chance here. Though another wicket (12 overs to go) will be a calamity.

England will face tougher tests in the short term future, but some encouraging signs of Saqib being fit and firing, and England awakening as a batting unit.

I am not sure how much longer they want to persist with Jamie Smith at the top, a duck yesterday adds to a rather disastrous LO international career so far. And having Jacks/Bethell and Carse being required to pony up a lot of overs between them is not a recipe for success vs good batting line ups.

Carse's continued selection is especially baffling. He doesn't take wickets, he has an all time worst level Econ rate, and his batting is approaching worthless.

Like to see England experiment last game with a few bowlers. We really need to find someone with the new ball/first change who doesnt get splattered around

Possibly Wood, Woakes and Archer is still the first choice pace attack, backed by Atkinson. If they're ever fit at the same time.

Keeping has been untidy so far this summer too.

Maybe just form. He was impressive last summer.
