The mention of Loftus-Cheek made me chuckle. Can you find a player more Southgate than Ruben?
Played about 10 minutes of football, left-field pick. Can do everything can Ruben, he's like Pele, Zidane and Gattuso all mixed into one.... well, if all they did was run around a lot. He then came in and run around a LOT.... floods of praise, yay, Loftus-Cheek is the next "x world class player"....9 games later finding out he cant pass, he doesn't score, he cant tackle, cant cross....
I wonder why Chelsea loaned him out twice and never played him.
Sir G loved a crap midfielder who run around a lot. God I will miss that about him...
