Personally feel chasing is right v Pakistan. A few batters like Azam are on the slow side, let them bat naturally and set a lower target, then force them to bat to a higher target

England need to get Haris out soon, because he looks all over the place. He can kill you if he gets in, but nerves getting the best of him now.

Looks awkward to bat on. Could mean better to bat first, as it will be difficult to force the pace chasing.

Not sure who's ahead here. As long as Babar is still there Pakistan will probably be confident of a decent total. With wickets in hand, 170 should be target, and that will be tough to chase.
