It might be harsh, but she came up void in the final and took a pasting, which decides it for me.

She was on a bit of a hiding to nothing in the end. Her first 7 overs went for under 5 an over but she didn't get a wicket. She got tonked in the last 3, but that was when Australia were 300-3 so not much chance of keeping a lid on things.

Still, agreed, which is why I went for Usman as well.

Jos Buttler is my nominee for the April player of the Month. 8 innings for Rajasthan with 3 half centuries and 3 centuries. Doesn't get much better than that.

If I were to jump the gun *slightly* I'd put him up there with Usman Khawaja in Cricketer of the Yeat category.

Chet Pujara would be my biased nominee...but secondary, I'd take butter

Struggled a bit with this one this month however I am going to go for sustained success in Test cricket and vote for Angelo Matthews. Two centuries in three innings is not to be sniffed at. I fully expect to be over ruled though.

No real standouts. Ben Compton maybe? Matthews is a reasonable shout.

Was tempted by Compton....but felt I was bias.

Still on a Kent theme, Nishan Madushka's double ton for a Sri Lanka Development XI against Kent was a huge performance....but had underwhelmed on the rest of the tour.
