I'm concerned that the rest of the bowling attack will allow Warwickshire to get to 200+, and then we have similar batting woes to the second innings against Essex.

Obviously the Warwickshire bowling attack isn't a patch on Essex' so less likely to happen.

Hasn't played a single first-team game, in any format, for us this season (that I can recall). Prior to last season, he was a great signing for us. But last season was one season too far for him, sadly. Hence he hasn't been seen this season.

Even at Uxbridge, where we were without Carberry, Vince, Bailey, McManus, Dawson and Rilee, he didn't make the squad let alone the starting XI.

That's fine. We want that. Six points is enough for us if we draw (as Middlesex would have lost more matches). We only need a seventh point if we lose (as Middlesex would win the rarely required tie-breaker of most points picked up in the two matches between the sides - thereby meaning we would need to finish a point clear of them).

Our deduction in 2011 was 8 points. But then we didn't win. Whether the deduction would have higher had we won, I don't know.
