Thanks for everything Pothas. You'll be missed. My nickname for you was apt and I will never forget it. For the last time, arise Sir Nic.

Cracking start guys. Always nice to have more wickets than runs conceded!

A very different batting experience for Sibley than at Surrey.

Well that's just deflated a good start. Wonder if we'll see Abbott again in the match?

Fidel has done Sibley three times already. He just can't quite find the edge (or the stumps).

Revenge for last week. We were 12-4 last innings, so now we have the opposition 12-4.

No Abbott or Fidel bowling. Berg has bowled tight, but very unthreatening.

Nothing yet. But he really turned his ankle as he planted it on the crease, and was down for sometime. It didn't look nice. They've been regularly putting sawdust down ever since.

The one positive is that he walked off, he wasn't carried off.

Still from what you are saying, I can't see him bowling again in this match.

Probably got ligament damage, and the ankle will be swollen for a few days.

It's also a good thing if this is a case of the pitch being fairly easy to bat on after the new ball. We don't really want a 150 plays 120 type pitch, where we might end up losing with no/few batting points.
