Warwickshire batting following a similar pattern to last weeks debacle, relegation staring them in the face early in the season. Ashley Giles might be ruing his decision to leave Lancashire.

It'll be quite nice to not have watch Keith Barker take a match 10fer and score a double hundred against Durham this season. He'd have been devastated when Durham got relegated. Durham are probably responsible for half of his career averages

Early signs that Taunton is still as difficult to bat at as it was towards the end of last season. Not often you see four spinners picked across both teams in early April.

Then again, I don't overly rate either side, so it might just be ineptitude!
