wonder how many managers would go into a second leg away from home in europe with a 2 goal lead and play the team guardiola has selected tonight with just one orthodox midfielder and a front 5 of sane, silva, de bruyne, sterling and aguero

Judging on the way Monaco defended in the first leg, its probably a good plan.

probably but man city didn't defend much better themselves and playing away from home you would have thought they would have wanted a bit more presence in the middle of the park

thats alot of pace they have going forward tho, and given monaco have to be positive then they must be vulnerable to the counter

The Monaco winger beat his defender way too easily for that goal. In fact, two defenders. Rubbish from Sane and Aguero

Leicester, who are currently near the bottom of our league, could be our only representative in the quarters. Strength in depth!
