Got to say was quite wrong with england having 2 test in Bangladesh as a preparation for this test series thought it won't be good enough since it is played with different balls and still the conditions are quite different.
but never actually expected England to be so ready for the first test, never expected England to bat well and outbowl india spinners in india with Ali, Rashid and Ansari.
Was actually going to blame England losing heavily in this series on the preparation but think bigflufflylemon was right the preparation of having 2 test in bangladesh isn't a bad preparation so they shouldn't have any excuses if they fail in india apart from not being good at their skills.

England will be delighted with they way they've played in this game. The pitch may have been easy paced but it has provided a fair amount of spin and a lot of batsmen have looked very comfortable playing it. Our spinners have looked the equal of theirs and that was a great surprise.

surely more criticism should be on the awful overrates if india are 8 down and not on the declaration.
