Should be able to bowl 90 overs in 6 hours. If you can't bowl them in the extra 30m, there should be a penalty. If the pace bowlers can't manage it, then they are not functional and have to be bowled less. There's no excuse. It's one of the rules of the game and failure to comply is at best, disrespect to the public (and damages the game), at worst, cheating.

more embarrassing when india bowl 93-95 overs 45 mins quicker than england.
first time I seen cricket in india used the extra 30 mins for a very long time, think they used 3 mins in SA but that only because 15 or 17 wickets fell on the day and even then only took 1 extra over.
