I can't see how is that logistically possible when there is a 9 day turnover time between the 4th South African test and the floodlit West Indies test.

It doesn't say that the day/night CC games would be scheduled immediately before the floodlit test, even though that would be logical. I think August is given over completely to domestic T20 in any case. Presumably the floodlights CC games will be scheduled earlier in the season -illogical but it is an ECB initiative after all. Times reporting that they'll probably be scheduled late June.
