Bayern in trouble.

Pep not winning the Champions League whilst inheriting the best champions league winning team i have seen could be a big slight on his record.

Plenty of time left and 2 away goals still gives them a huge chance to progress though.

If they go out tonight he will leave Bayern as a bit of a flop in terms of expectations.

Expectations that were probably unrealistic considering Bayern's best three players when he took over were all on the decline

Name me three players of lahm, ribery and ribbons quality at their peak available to realistically buy???

Was Ribery and Lahm really past it in 13/14? Still had a fit Schweinsteiger, Muller, Kroos, Robben, Neuer. They all played when they lost 4-0 to Real at home. The contrast to the team that played the year before was amazing.

Pep pretty much got to choose any team in the world to manage. He chose Bayern who were the most dominant team the season before. This was the team the year before who had beaten Juventus 4-0 and Barcelona 7-0 on aggregate.

In saying all this, Bayern are back in it, and if they now go on to win this tie, then Peps record will get better

How good barca are, you had some chances, the same old stuff. It was the manner of the questioning more than the questions. Bland.
