Or are feeling the effects of back to back County Championship matches, less than 48 hours turnover time after the Middlesex game is not ideal preparation. Then again other counties had to contend with similar scheduling earlier this season and Yorkshire managed to avoid this until now.

Hants' game finished after Yorkshire's on Saturday, but I guess we have a bit more to play for. Shame tomorrow looks like a rain filled day.

I'm banking on Yorkshire wanting to sign off in front of their home crowd in style - particularly if Rashid, Sidebottom, Bairstow and Plunkett are all recalled.

That said, if you beat both the weather and Somerset from here, then it wont matter. It would be a two horse race between us and Somerset, regardless of whether we win or draw this week.
