What's Billings keeping like? No byes out of 508 and a couple of catches. Be interesting to see how he goes with the bat.

I see the MCC are launching further investigations into the Chris Rogers tickets affair.

I think it's pretty clear what needs to happen, he and those he is travelling with need to be deported and subsequently concede any sporting fixtures they planned. #Justice
Anything can happen with a round ball.

Coz we're going up, and we'll win the cup, for Sussex by the Sea!

Tidy keeper, quite agile as you can probably tell from his fielding out in the deep for England. Probably on a similar keeping level to Buttler and Bairstow.

He's still never hit a Championship hundred so is nowhere near the Test team but is obviously good enough for the shorter formats. With Buttler around though, his keeping won't be needed.

Following the score on Cricinfo and discovered that Northeast has played 17 more first-class matches than Harris.

Harris is only in his 82nd match.

Ah, it's time for the Ashes...time for minor stories to be so overblown that you almost begin to hate this time of the year.
:halo:
And to think, Watson and co were giving their tickets away free for the Sabina Park Test, when the Aussies were being "harassed" by local touts.

I wonder if this will be Watto's last chance? If so I wonder how long Clarke will let him bat if he gets in?

Runs and form are likely far more important than beating a county side. The win I think you have to take as a bonus.

Shaun Marsh hasn't batted in the 2nd innings yet. Confirmed as opener?

Ton for Mitch3. Is Watson getting pincered out the team by the Marshes? Strong looking showing from our visitors.

Maybe Rodgers is getting the nod but giving as much batting a possible?

M Marsh, not sure he is offers as much in the bowling department as Watson. But a very confident 100 today by the sounds of it, and Watson missing out on 3 figures....again.

Watson didn't bowl and barely bowled in the Windies from memory, a short one at that these days.

I think Watson needs to take a five/for tomorrow to stay in the side. Will they give him another chance in the next match? :dunno
