Sussex have began with two victories, but I think we have seen enough weakness in the team to negate this meaning much.... they beat two newly promoted sides, and made tough weather of parts of the match (save from this mornings performance, they were always behind to a Worcs side lacking their only test match quality player).

Sussex should be looking to add someone like Craddock to the squad even if its a few match trial basis, we need a spinner to take the pressure away from Mago and Shehzad. Not convinced with Mills, but Hobden is looking good. Top order is looking brittle

I like Machan , but I think he needs to show a little more maturity to become more than a handy player. Good striker of the ball when I have seen him, but lets himself down by his lack of stickability at times. Certainly a more worthwhile prospect than Luke Wells, who isn't doing enough to warrant a place in the side. Id like to see Harry Finch get a go as a few lads in the leagues around where I used to play say he has some definite potential... and his 50 ball 92 on debut for the One Day side was obviously a high point of last year for the side.

Will Beer may as well not exist, its clear the setup don't rate him at all because he never got a full run in the team.
