Not sure how wise that was. If Bournemouth lose one of their final two games then a point for Middlesbrough here would have been crucial.

going to be tough for Boro if they end up finishing 3rd

And Norwich only drawing, means a win against Bolton on Monday evening seals it.

I can't see it being straightforward at all, the pressure will on the players to get the result, the fans will be stressed, can they do it? If not they'll be another chance against Charlton on the last day but that will take the pressure levels up another notch.

Amazing to see Cheltenham and Tranmere relegated to the Football Conference. Last season Tranmere were in League One and two seasons ago Cheltenham were in the League Two playoff semi-finals.

Even with the four promotion places and two relegation places, there is no hiding place in League Two where anyone is capable of beating anyone.

We'd accepted our fate half way through the season.

All credit to Ronnie Moore for turning it around. At the expense of one of his former clubs too.

Well done to Hartlepool, indeed.

Not a great day for us, but hey the play-off's is a massive bonus after last season.

Budget

Bournemouth can go up before last game now. Exciting times!

Yes exciting for sure, but bloody stressful as well, especially when the game starts at 7.45pm on Monday!

Jeepers Finchy, what happened to Wycombe, two bad results and they've dropped to fifth.

Looks like they'll have to do it the hard way through the play offs which is a real shame because they've been in the top three pretty much the whole season.

Bottle? Who know's. I thought we looked good for automatic promotion after the Luton game, even though we rode our luck a little in that game. Looking like the play-offs now, and I'm not confident.

Same here, if we end up in the play offs I fear we'd go out in the semis. If we got to the final I'd fancy our chances, but we'd probably get Derby, and then I wouldn't.

Interesting that we could well have a Norwich-Ipswich play-off SF on our hands. That said, personally I'd rather Brentford made the play-offs rather than Ipswich.
