After sitting up all night I'm obviously disappointed not to see an England win ...but I can't complain too much : today has been a good example of why Test Cricket is the best form.

Tension down to the end. Neither team may be a superpower at present ; but they can both take something from this match.

England need to remember that several of the West Indies batsmen threw away their wickets.
