Sending him a copy of Mike Brearley' s The Art of Captaincy would appear to be the only solution but he's probably received several copies already!

Yes, I think I linked to it. Graves seems to be splashing about in a rather alarming fashion. Provoking a spectacle, and some concern, but little confidence.

While I'm tempted to say Boycott could do it without make up, I'm not actually (you'll notice) drawing any conclusions about Graves' potential to do a good job, or even, seriously, what sort of person he seems to be. Just commenting on the spectacle.
