LVG hasn't got a clue what he's doing - worse than moyes

This is sadly true. Utd are where they are more by luck than design. I was a fan of Moyes and reckon given the time and money LVG got it would be a different story.

Weird that MOTD didn't show Rooney's offside goal that was onside. :hmmm Doesn't fit the narrative? I think sometimes people forget how bad Moyes was.

Our next six in the league pretty much decide where we finish. Tough tough fixtures.

I'm thinking 11 points out of those 6 games.

I bet MOTD replayed/spoke about the spitting incidents for a good five minutes?

I'm glad SSN this morning advised viewers the option to look away when they were showing it. Spitting is disgusting and I don't particularly want to see players doing it. Bad enough when the camera is close up on a player spitting towards the ground.

I don't mind the spitting on the ground so much. Sometimes it has to be done.

I never get that either, when I do exercise my mouth dries up and there isn't any spit. For me its just a nasty habit.

Have Man U actually played well yet this season?

Methinks LVG has underestimated how tough the Premier League is.

I used to spit at times, when playing Football. I don't think it was a habit, just had a build up of phlegm.

Perhaps we should open a sewer thread for the discussion of particularly distasteful subjects.

Interesting to watch a replay of the Rijkaard spitting incident when he gobbed into Vollers hair twice in the 1990 World Cup. Poor old Rudi he gets booked for reacting to the first spit, then gets a red card for a challenge on the dutch keeper thirty seconds later where he never touches him, and as as he walks off after being sent off Rijkaard spits at him again. Poor bloke.
