Scotland - England game on the 23rd will be a difficult day for me

i'll have to want England to win as a loss to one of the minnows could knock them out but i'll feel like a traitor not supporting Scotland

A big side should survive a single loss to a minnow. Isn't that why the competition was changed?

But Afghanistan look a bit tasty, so maybe it will matter.

Afghanistan are overrated imo. Batting is way too weak. I reckon UAE could cause an upset in the other group.

They're definitely capable but so inconsistent. Scotland bowled them out for 63 last week.

Peter Moores has described his players as steely. Maybe they're all going to get dropped.

He also protests that they are not too nice. Who claimed they were?

Steve Harmison's ten overs for 97 runs against SL is a record that has stood for nine years now. Chris Woakes went for 89 the other day, and Anderson has fetched 91 twice, but it's really time the record went.

The record will stand for a long time as most teams don't give a bowler a full ten overs if he's getting tonked for over 9 an over...

Unless they're England, of course.

Just takes someone to go for a lot in the last two overs though.
