I dont know, reading between the lines I think the majority of clubs in League Two seem to be saying, no he hasnt been offered, but we wish he would be? Or is it just me looking to much into the phrasings?

Possibly, I wouldn't rule out a few clubs waiting on the judricial review before making any move.

If he gets acquitted, some people will be eating some humble pie. It incredible really because I read a British paper article this week condemning a person on Twitter for defending him, and citing the widespread unanimous public outrage at him coming back, but their poll accompanying it said 71% of people agreed he should play.

More than a few lawyers have also questioned the convinction, not in the least the justice lawyer who apparently has a few high profile miscarriage cases won, and volunteered to take him his case for free.

If anything, this issue highlights just how much people jump on the bandwagon just to be heard, but do they reflect the actual people on the ground? Is 20,000 signatures on a petition for Oldham representative of a 65 million population of the country, or the outspoken side of the argument?

I have made my views on the fact at my disposal known, I just hope the court overturns it eventually.

I think it best if he now postpones his return to professional football, it doesn't appear that anyone will give him a chance. Killing people under the influence of drink seems fine, but a dodgy rape conviction, and thats it your life's over.

Maybe best he goes into the conference, and work his way back up when it all dies down.

Non league football runs the risk of Evans being on the receiving end of a malicious tackle. Unless if the judricial review is overturned then Ched Evans football career in Britain is finished.

There are clubs and individuals in football who are willing to give Ched Evans a chance, but are under huge amounts of public pressure not to do so. Now it has come to a point where club staff at Oldham Athletic are threatened with their lives if they take on the player. This is a sad day for football and society when those who exercising the moral high ground are considering using unlawful methods to prove a point.

Ched Evans said it was he who pulled out of the Oldham deal and blamed mob rule for the collapse.

PFA Leader comes out to compare Ched Evans plight with the Hillsbrough justice movement..... will probably cost him his job and reputation, but the second of UK and Irelands PFA players to defend or support Ched's case for justice!!!

Brining up Hillsborough was a little insensitive, but it wasn't like he was comparing that tragedy to the Evans case, just that things aren't all what they seem.

And threatening to commit the same act in retribution of which they are supposedly so abhorrent of, beggars belief.
