If I remember rightly, there was an issue between Hants and Kents earlier in the season, and the reasoning for thinking Fulton did it out of spite was very plausible.

I wondet who started it?:) Seriously Kent had to go for it. If Suusex had been in with a shout
of the title and just played out a draw in a similar situation I would have been mad too.if they hadn't at least given it a go and nothing to lose. You would want Hampshire to do the same.

Under normal circumstances I would agree but I'm a bit fifty fifty with possibly iffy weather on day four. Of course we need to get these two wickets first.

He has had an excellent season, to be fair too him, Wood is only in his 3rd or 4th game, much easier for him to run in.
