Yep, don't give them any chance now.

Surrey have lost their second wicket, but as we've us it's irrelevant. Just about when they declare.

Thanks for everything Pothas. You'll be missed. My nickname for you was apt and I will never forget it. For the last time, arise Sir Nic.

Solid start for Gloucs. Got the target down to under 150, without having lost a wicket yet.

Given the availability of the extra half hour, that one could be all over today.

I'm still cool with this.

If we don't need four session to bowl them out, then we don't need to declare yet.

If we do need four session to bowl them out, then there's a serious risk that Kent will score 420 in that time.

I agree BUT the weather has a significant part to play. In Dorset there's just been a sharp shower & they've had interrupted play at Taunton. Lucky we're not playing at Southampton.

Nice cameo from Smith.

Alsop hit a quick ton for the U19s earlier (80 balls)

Darren Stevens can swing the bat as much as he likes when he comes out to bat now. There is no way that Kent are chasing this.

A couple of wickets this evening please. One or two more would be nice, but we should be capable of getting eight in one day. Especially given that there's no Wood or Coles in Kent's tail.

Monty has five, Glammy are six down.

Looks like Essex will win, but Worcs will lose, inside three days.

And then over to us/Kent and Surrey tomorrow.

Surrey will win, unless there is severe weather, should only need about 60 overs to knock over Leics.
