Derbys 27 runs away from a draw. Abbott and Tomlinson off early.

I'm starting to worry about the third bowling point.

Once they pass the follow on target, they will probably have a hit.

Follow-On avoided, shame, but never mind.

5fer for Briggs

I suppose we could try and smash a quick 200 and set them 330ish..but I expect us to use it as a glorified net.

Wondering if something happened shortly after the eigth wicket fell. I think it was the second ball of Abbott's subsequent over to Palladino. ESPN came up with the ninth wicket falling but then changed it to two runs a minute later. Wondering if a dropped catch or just a button pressed in error?

were the 2 runs given as a no-ball ? might of been out of a no-ball.

I did think that but it changed from W to 2 not 2nb. It might have said something in the live commentary. I'll try and look back at it if its possible.

It just says Abbott to Palladino, 2 runs. The live commentary is very basic on tne County games unlike the England games, to be expected I suppose.

Palladino gets Smith for 9 with his first ball, score hasn't advanced since..no quick runs, im okay with that, bat like a net session.

I guess a few of the members are starting to nod off after a heavy lunch.

Might wake up again when Vince walks out to the crease.
