It is a bit odd to unpick a comment by a player whose mother tongue is not English talking about a technical aspect of cricket. I'd be interested to see anyone on here talk about the same issue in Urdu without leaving any room for misinterpretation.

Words, of whatever language, even if badly chosen or misinterpreted, are superfluous here. Actions speak louder than words, especially dodgy ones.

Or you could misinterpret he law, that picture shows nothing without a picture of his arm as it just passes shoulder height in his action. Even then that picture is amplifying how bad the angle looks due to not being perpendicular to the arm.

You can't tell if someone chucks or not from a still picture...

The picture was clearly taken after the arm had reached the level of the shoulder in the delivery swing and was quite clearly bent. For the delivery to have been legal, the angle at the elbow would have had to have stayed the same or not increased until the point of delivery, which would not be possible.

A still photograph can be a very valid means of assessing the legality of a delivery.

I may be wrong but i'm pretty sure you can bowl with a bent arm, it's the flex of the elbow that matters.
