How many overs left in the day cos it doesn't look like we're batting for a declaration before close of play.

A ten over thrash from here and stick them in for 6 or so, difficult to know what Adams is thinking.

I know Bates is above criticism for some, but 12 off 54 balls ( 1.33 an over for 9 overs ) is PATHETIC.

It depends what Adams said to him before he went out to bat.

I note that Ervine's strike rate was worse than Bates.

5.25pm: Michael Carberry's debut is imminent - he's received his cap (T20 variety) in the huddle.

Coles onto 41, let him smack his 50 DECLARE and have 7-8 overs today.

I'm honestly not too bothered about getting them in tonight. Extending our lead from 320ish to 350ish could yet prove to be more important.

Thanks for everything Pothas. You'll be missed. My nickname for you was apt and I will never forget it. For the last time, arise Sir Nic.

They wont chase this

8 wickets on day 1, 11 on day 2, 9 already today with 12 overs left.

This is just pathetic, if we get scuppered by the weather I will go mental.

Worcester had a comfortable win, and got 21 points, so pressure on us.

I HATE Adams as a captain, and not just because of this..Warne and Cork would of had us bowling by now.
