As for the list of players, Siddle and John Hastings have signed for county teams, maybe set a base price for these that is fair?

Both of these two are valued at £70K on the original list on page one of the thread

Didn't realise how highly sought after Allenby and Barker would be. Damn.

I figured that some of the players would receive lots of bids, so I avoided them, because I believed that they would cost too much money. My biggest bid (I think) was for the legend that is Tommo........(Tommo )........... so I went high to get him.

Sadly powelly and brendy went high as well, but I think (not certain though) that the eliminator thingy means that get him

which is only fitting really, because I believe that I'm the only person to have selected Tommo (Tommo ) in my FLs for the last 3 years.

thanks to SP for coming up with the number 2 because I have a feeling that making a 10k bid on Terry has helped me enormously.

I think Barker -v- Red will have to go to a tie breaking tie breaker, though

assuming that I've understood this correctly, of course, and that, in itself, may be bit of shot in the dark

Personally, I would prefer a "re-bid" than a tiebreaker, but not complaining.

I just think in a 1 off case its fine, but if 2 players select the same 10 players, then shouldn't they get 5 each randomly selected ? rather than 1 guy getting all 10.

Ian does a great job with these FLs though, so I will trust his judgement.

You'll enjoy it, it was easily the best FL last year. Been waiting all winter for it to return.

I picked him 3 years ago in the Div 1 FL, and he netted me a load of points. I've stuck with him ever since, and the nice part is that he always slips in under the radar in FL's, so his points are always mine and mine alone

so don't get any ideas!
