i sent mine,,the night before last....i only sent 6 bids which totalled £340k..... but i defo sent them, because i posted on here afterwards, and that appears to have gone missing as well :/ shall i re-send them or not?

The list of prices and players is the first I sent. I sent a revised list on Tuesday but that is not in by outbox anymore, and I noticed posts from the last few days have disappeared on threads. I assume that this is because of the site issues over the last 24 hours, and the fact that maybe the site has been rolled back to a restore point meaning anything that occurred on here in the last 48 hours has disappeared? Maybe Red can confirm?

This is the list where I bid on too many players, and I ended up taking a few players out an increasing a few bids. Tbh I think the only one I can remember was adding 10k to Allenby and increasing Alex Lees bid by 20k.

Happy to let those changes slide though due to the site issue.

Tiebreaker for matching highest first round bids:

Tiebreakers will be random, decided by a game of odds and evens (sort of like rock, paper, sissors, but with no ties possible): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odds_and_evens Multiple way ties will be decided by multiple head to heads. If people can't be seperated, then I'll go back to random number generator.

Your number will be the first digit of the 2nd (thanks Sussex ) bid you made in the auction

Ntini... all your bids rounded to the nearest 5k are not valid!!! You have to bid in 10k instalments!!

Red has also bid for Siddle in the first round, I am happy to let that one stand tbh as he has put well over the 50k suggested.

Are they all void then?

Silly me for not reading the rules properly.

Ntini, Starting from your first bid I will round up all of the £5K increments to £10K, then stop when I reach £1.5M (in all likelihood you will not reach that amount, as I suspect not all of your bids will be the highest.)

As for the list of players, Siddle and John Hastings have signed for county teams, maybe set a base price for these that is fair?

Both of these two are valued at £70K on the original list on page one of the thread

Basically Durham anyone with a higher number than you when total is even wins the bid, if odd you win.


So when you face me it's 1+8 = odd, so any bids you made that are the same as me you won. Any bids I made with a person with an even number I win. Fir people with equal number a random winner is picked
