It's like asking all employees to quit jobs from current organizations right now because they will not be there after few years .

Good point.
By the way, i thought you weren't going to discuss cricket on CMS anymore.

Rohit seems like a promising lad... Someone who has yet to turn the hype around him in actual performance. In my opinion, he does have what it takes to be an international player! He better bring it out sooner than later

Nice analogy, Mr. Adi
But, SRT did not have a good series in England too last summer. I am not implying that SRT should be sacked. But I think it's time we start relying less and less on him.
Even in an organization, people start handing out their responsibilities to others gradually. Steve Jobs did it.... Bill Gates did it too. No matter how big one is, one must step aside after their day in the sun.
sportbloggeradi wrote:He was the highest scorer in World Cup 2011. After that super form, Commonwealth is his only series he played. Agreed he has failed as a specialist batsman in this series so far. So what. Is it going to be a norm that one bad series and a batsman will be sacked, especially for someone of Sachins skills. I agree to disagree , with many posters in this case

But, we are not asking SRT to be sacked based on this series, Mr. Adi.
Like I said earlier, we need to work towards retaining WC and should start building the team for 2015. The time is now! If this means that SRT gets less ODI games and others are given opportunities, how can that be a bad strategy!
