I admit that I was very concerned at the time of the appointment but I haven't heard any whispers of discontent and the team seems pretty united regardless of ethnicity. Mind you I think anyone would seem an improvement after Sadler.

I'm surprised with this. I was disappointed Leech left as he had some pace about him, but was plagued with injuries.
