Good question..... based on educated guesses.

Shiv Chanderpaul at the end of the 2000s was at Durham during a period where he scored tonnes of international runs.
Harmison leading into the 2005 Ashes was the ranked 1 bowler in the world
Ben Stokes must have won it at some stage - Most obvious would be after the 2019 WC
Collingwood had a brilliant tour of OZ on both test/ODI in 2006. Could have won it as England Captain for the T20 World Cup win also
Mike Hussey around 2006??? Exploded on the test arena, but was that the year he was at Durham when he debuted for OZ?
Graeme Onions had a few standout seasons, but so did Rushie.
Going back to the early 90s, Dean Jones played for you, but like Hussey, I am not sure of the exact year (he had a memorable year at the turn on the decade, but were Durham about in 1990? ). Definitely know Jones won it....

Cant think of anyone else. A few random names get it now and then.

I'm surprised Rushworth never won it, given that it's for performances in the English season.....although if he wins it this year I will be annoyed.....

(even if I did miss the first 2 wickets in the 2007 final, because I was stuck in a queue in the Lords shop)

Talk of Big Ottis' innings 10fer against Hants reminds of the time Graham Onions was on for a 10 wicket haul with 2 to get against Notts and he ran Fletch out before clean bowling the last batsman. He said at the time it didn't matter how the wickets fall and maybe he'll be remembered just as much for not getting an innings 10fer as he would have done if he'd got it

That was in the happy days when England sent players back to their counties if they weren't selected to play in a test match, instead of keeping them.... just because
