An intriguing final day is in the offing between North West and South Western Districts.
After batting first and getting 196, NW got SWD out for just 91. NW then declared on 146 - leaving SWD needing 252.
They have gone to stumps on 69-2 with that taget now 182 away. Not beyond the realms.
In terms of individual achievement, it was a SWD player who impressed the most with Tsepo Ndwandwa getting a fivefere in NW's second innings.
"It has been said of the unseen army of the dead, on their everlasting march, that when they are passing a rural cricket ground the Englishman falls out of the ranks for a moment to look over the gate and smile."
