ICC allegedly wanting to introduce a law restricting players to 3 t20 comps a year, to make sure all international cricket is important and enticing....i like this if it comes in...good move IMO

It's silly not to allow sweets in the mouth. There is no evidence that saliva alters the ball in any way.
Usually you don't want tampering for reverse-swing, which means roughing up one side of the ball in some way. Throwing in the ball on the bounce to the keeper, no.

I agree on the sweets. I think throwing the ball in on the bounce should be ok too as that is natural wear and tear.

Dinesh Gunathaliakila, banned from all intenrational cricket by sri lanka cricket board, due to misconduct.....he has history of it too...his match fee for current test is being witheld as well...
