have to agree england are very one dimensional.

Technically wouldn't bad loser/Bad winner be linked considering if one side are being bad losers chances are the winners will be bad winners to counter it.

I was told today that Kohli would have been out lbw 100 less than he scored, if England had had any reviews left.

should have kept one Alistair.... your fault. far too many 'speculative' reviews in test cricket these days.... that isn't what the review is for
