At least the whiff of a wicket. Rashid has looked the most likely.

He should have got VJ yesterday with the stumping. It's the drift he's getting that moves the batter around. Mo used to drift the ball, but he lost it trying to bowl faster.

i know he has not looked at his best in this series but the bowling card shows the futility of 6 bowlers when woakes has only bowled 5 out of 83 overs

Our batting lineup has been exceptional this series. In previous 3 tests we have scored 400 + in first innings. In this test too we are very likely to score 400+.

Atherton was talking about lack of drift yesterday and said in English conditions it's easier.

Well he talking crap considering Ashwin, Jadeja and jayant yadav getting drift and if anything in recent times Ashwin getting more drift in Asia lately although he hasn't played in England or outside Asia except for Australia since he improved massively in that department.
Ali definitely getting less drift that 2014 where he was beating the india batsman repeatedly on the drift and dip.
but that is due to him changing his action slightly and bowling faster not because of the conditions.

Saying that actually struggling to pick more than 3-4 games where Ali getting the ball to drift he only got it going against india in the 2014 series was awful against Sri lanka and hasn't really been that great after that series either.
only actually looked like a test bowler in that series as well.
