sorry for being pedantic but i dont think he used the technology wrongly, he didn't apply the process correctly

its not the job of the 3rd umpire to decide if a batsman is out or not, his job is to decide whether the decision made by the onfield umpire was correct and is only meant to overturn if he has conclusive evidence, and i just think there was enough doubt there not to overturn it

Yes you are being pedantic

There was an obvious deflection it was out

if it was so obvious i would have thought either the onfield umpire or the TV umpire might have noticed it but neither did ...

I always think it amusing when the batsmen run quickly to get two or 3 runs and the commentator praises just one of them, especially when it's the non striker who's praised.

Are you saying there wasn't a clear change of path as the ball passed the bat?

i'm saying there looked like a deflection but i dont consider that conclusive enough to overturn the decision made by the onfield umpire when snicko didn't really confirm there had been an edge

in the same way as i would have said that if the onfield decision had been out and it went to a review i would have said the decision should have been upheld despite snicko suggesting there hadn't been an edge

400 still on, despite losing two wickets. As Arthur said, Buttler should wait until Rashid goes before unleashing. That's presuming Rashid does go first.

Broad often finds himself dating a model type woman

Buttler can tee off now. Unless Ball really has been picked for his batting.

he's got a FC average of 11 with a high score of 49 so it was probably touch and go whether he came in before anderson or after

Well done Jos. England's score feels quite a bit over par now.

23 added by these two.

Whenever I see a shot of Bayliss sitting wearing his broad brimmed hat, I feel like sending him a ball of string and a few corks.
