Zimbabwe are a difficult side to deal with. Their development has been hammered by the opportunities they get, part of that is self imposed and equally sides like England refuse to play them. Their first class system is a complete mess which doesn't help matters, though it has improved in the last few years.

Nepal's system is probably one of the worst in world cricket. Any Nepal fan will tell you that.
Afghanistan have got a proper structure in place though.

Still suspect nepal first class structure to produce better standard of games and players than the Zimbabwe system.
wonder what ICC will do with nepal got the cricket love and players playing the game but poor board and limited money.
they really wanted to push nepal further and get them ready to get test status in the future before.

Does Nepal even have a domestic four / three day competition in place? I've had a look at the usual places for information but can't see any indication of it.
