probably never but then again bradman stats are only good because of the time he played then, doubt he would average 99.99 if he played during the 60s,70s,80s,90, 00 or now.
should be remember he hardly faced many teams or played in many conditions.
Would still be one of the best batsman in the world but not average 99, probably around 60-65.
