Don't know whether to just decide on a tie break myself, or ask everyone who hasn't voted for the Master Blaster or The Wall to revote for one of them. Still a few days left though.

Thought you didn't rate Dravid.

Looks like most people want lara at 4 or 5.
The batting order is just crazy.

Gavaskar, Sehwag, Dravid, Tendulkar, Lara, Kallis, Gilchrist.
That is some batting lineup.

I would think he will be. I never saw him either, so may vote for Kallis, or Imran?

Sobers scored just short of 4000 runs after 65 at an average of 57. I think he batted at six for some of that, so he won't qualify for positions 4&5, but he'll probably turn up in the options for six, who Will be a miXed bag of all rounders and spare bATTERS.

Goes against the ethos, keep it to players who started within the last 50 years!

Shaping up to be an India top three, with SRT to come. Could make up the top four. Not sure they'll get any from 5-11 though, in Tests. Laxman will be among the options at five.

OK, I'll make it to include those who had most of their careers after 65, which allows for Boycott's nomination, but won't include Sobers, who does feel like he's from a previous era.

One on board for Greg Chappell, but not showing in the poll.

Maybe not many Indian bowlers will figure from that era. And probably no pace bowlers.
