http://www.espncricinfo.com/ranji-troph ... 22787.htmlAlthough it should be noted Delhi is at a mess right now politically.
The city or the cricket team?
Is domestic 4 day cricket actually anything to Indians ?
The cricket team is at a mess.
The international players usually don't play ranji or any domestic cricket much, but people that don't play for india is the number 1 since that the only real way to play for India and is played at the bulk of the season.
One day and T20 got a small window in the season unlike the Ranji.
Only the IPL and the Ranji trophy really matters now.
Just thought it was funny that a player is dropped for his domestic team but playing for his country don't think it has happen before in a sport.
it is bit like Anderson being told he in not playing for Lancashire this season but is good enough to play for england.
Edit just read another website and it seem Ishant Sharma isn't dropped for the squad just that he didn't reply to messages and the Selectors wasn't sure if he was available.
If he available he will be in the squad.
