I think the current DRS system is fine. Supposed to take away the bad umpiring decision not take the whole decision making process away from the umpire which is what Warne and Smith are suggesting on commentary.

Exactly. It's a quirky system as it is now, but if you say clipping is always out then most LBW decisions will get reviewed (causing huge time delays, and the umpires would become glorified ball counters and jumper holders), and likewise if you say it must always be 50% hitting then technically correct decisions would be overturned.
