Going to recheck Wood and Yardy then crack on with round 4

let me know - if I don't have Wood and my replacement PM is not ok, then give me a few minutes to PM you some round 4 bids.

also, for the lottery are we going with my suggestion or are we doing it the way it was done last year?

RD gets Wood
Brendy gets Yardy
DFM gets Palladino.

Not a problem. And it's also cool that I can't have Taylor (yet!). But can you please take him to be my 4th round bid instead (my 60k Wood money). Because you originally allocated me Wood, I didn't submit any bids before 8pm today in the belief that I no cash left.

yeah, it was last year. The idea is to allocate based on preference so that it's not just random luck - I'm sure we'll end up with the old lottery system for the last few because the preferences will only get you so far.

so I guess the idea would be that the poster who has spent the least per player gets their first preference (at base cost) and then the calc is re-run and the poster who has now spent the least per player gets their first preference that has yet to be taken by another poster - and it just carries on like that until preferences are exhausted. At that stage it reverts to getting the highest value player left (sorted alphabetically within cost bandings)

Makhayas Misfits have been allocated Croft where I think it should be Crook. Will check back over the PMs.

Sorry ian but there are two Newtons, one from Middlesex the other from Northants which I would like instead of Westley.

Sorry I'm wrong the Newton of Middlesex doesn't exist so I've bid 50k for a non existent player. That means I can have both Newton at 30k and Westley at 50k with 20k left over.

So we have 104 players to be designated in the lottery. I am still in two mind as to whether to run this completely randomly or allow manager to pick multiple players that will be allocated to their draft slots. A lot will depend on time tomorrow, sorry to be vague.

By all means PM me preferred choices in order, as I will announce the procedure before I set the wheels in motion.
