I have no money left

I need an extra 500k to fill my 10 remaining slots!!!

Ian - a thought for the final allocation round ... each poster submits their top 10 players from those remaining in preference order. Then when you are allocating, you just look at the top player left on that posters list. once we get past those 10 (or if people don't list the preferences) then it just defaults to the most expensive player left. Would that work?

It just takes the randomness out of it to a large extent and most people should at least get a couple of players from their preferred list.

Some confusion between the 4th auction round and the lottery I think. Will explain the lottery in more detail tonight.

yes - my suggestion was for after today's round when you all have a chance to spend whatever money you have left

Ian, will you have a look and see if there is a reason why I didn't get Palladino in round 3. I had thought that perhaps someone else had bid and it was going to a tie breaker or something, but it doesn't appear that that is the case

Will do when I get back later.

Looks like one that slipped through the net. Will add into spreadsheet and reduce budget in next update. Any further bids for him will be ignored.

Is that a new rule? I thought you were not allowed to bid on more than 30 players, if so CF can only bid on 26 as he already has 4 players.

I posted earlier that in the 4th round you can bid on many as you like, in case other players out bid you or get the tiebreak. I will process them in order from top to bottom of the PM.

Must have missed Yardy rebid, think Wood went to RD on tiebreak. Will check when I get in, which will be late as I am picking my lad up from Sheffield hospital and then it's 80 miles home!
